HOW TO MEASURE :
WOMEN
Bust—Measure under your arms at the fullest part of your bust, making sure the tape is flat across the back and go over your shoulder blades.
Waist—Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.
Hips—Stand with your heels together, keeping the tape straight and parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

MEN
Chest—Measure across the fullest part of your chest by placing the tape under your arms.
Make sure the tape is flat across the back.
Waist—Measure around your natural waistline (where your shorts/trousers sit).
